Giacobazzi “1” is an elegant Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC Spumante Brut sparkling wine from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, known as the historic home of Lambrusco wines. It is made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, giving the wine a fresh, aromatic, and balanced character.
In the glass, the wine shows a light ruby-red color with a delicate pink foam. The bouquet reveals aromas of violet and wild strawberries, creating an elegant and fragrant profile. The taste is fresh and mineral, with a light body and a pleasantly crisp finish.
